Grounds Maintenance
We have more than 15 acres of exterior grounds to maintain in our downtown campus. Our green space is valuable and our goal is to maintain a pleasant outdoor environment for students, staff, faculty and our community to enjoy in all seasons.
We have a licensed Arborist who leads a team of Service Workers to provide the utmost care.
Some of the items they are responsible for include:
- All planting (flowers, trees, shrubs) and tree health programs
- All surface repairs, concrete curbs
- Grounds waste and recycling removal
- Lawn Irrigation and seeding
- Campus signage
- All exterior furniture maintenance, such as benches and bike racks
- Graffiti removal
- Snow clearing and ice melt application
- New landscape work and project assistance
